ForMyTax.Com is an online tax filing agency that helps individuals and businesses file their taxes. During COVID19, ForMyTax was looking for a solution that allowed their clients to file their taxes online from the comfort of their homes without stepping foot into the office.
Individuals and businesses can now handle any tax scenario without stepping a foot into the tax preparer’s office. ForMyTax app allows users to upload their documents securely, power all communication needs, including meetings, chat, phone with a tax preparer, and review, e-sign, and file tax from the comfort and security of their house during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Our Approach and Solutions
Discovery and Prototyping
We conducted user and tax preparer interviews, along with competitor analysis, to identify key needs. Insights from design sessions helped streamline the UI, navigation, and onboarding for a seamless tax-filing experience.
Prioritization & Product Strategy
Partnering with ForMyTax.Com, we created a phased product roadmap using our ‘T, T+1, and T+n’ model. This approach allowed us to fine-tune core functionalities and launch the app in time for the 2021 tax season, ensuring cost-effective and strategic growth.
React Native Mobile App Development and Delivery
Using AWS Cloud and React Native, we accelerated development by reusing 90% of the code across iOS and Android. The mobile and web apps launched on time and within budget, improving efficiency and competitiveness. Additionally, we built a web-based CRM, enabling tax preparers to manage client data, track sales, and optimize workflows, enhancing operations and customer relationships.
