Client Overview:

Liberty Transactional Services wanted a transactional communication App to work to streamline the closing process for all Real Estate transactions. They had a very intricate project flow that triggered email communication through out the User experience once a closing is created with in the app, that included Introduce and coordinate all parties, Open Escrow and Order Title, Schedule and coordinate Inspections, Schedule and Coordinate Appraisals, Monitor Closing progress and provide necessary updates. Schedule and Coordinate closings

Opportunity:

Our team developed system software that can be used by individual agents, investors, teams, brokerages, transaction management companies, title companies and lenders alike, and is available for access across the United States helping to modernize and simplify the closing process.

Solution and Results:

1. Discovery And Prototyping

The first stage of mobile application development was the discovery of the needs of the client. We performed real estate agent interviews and competitor product analysis to better understand the needs and suggest solutions to the problem we were trying to solve.

We leveraged insights from our intensive design creation sessions to identify improvement areas and recommended mobile best practices that would significantly revamp the user experience. These insights allowed us to develop an easy-to-use application with an updated UI; simplified navigation, user verification, sign-up; user onboarding; and intuitive user flows. These outcomes resulted in a more streamlined digital experience allowing agents to provide feedback on the client and seller onboarding and to streamline the application workflow and in-app notifications.

2. Prioritization & Product Strategy

We collaborated with our client, Liberty Transaction Services, to design and develop a prioritized product roadmap for phased delivery using our ‘T, T+1, and T+n model. Our regular cadence allowed us and our client to concentrate our efforts on fine-tuning the app’s core functionalities and soft-launching the app just in time for the 2021 tax filing season. Our speed to market was extremely beneficial to the client because it allowed them to stay within budget while quickly addressing immediate market needs. We provided the client with guidance and a strategic product roadmap using our ‘T, T+1, and T+n’ model, ensuring they got the most bang for their buck while having a clear plan for future growth.

3. React Native Mobile App Development and Delivery

Considering our client’s desire to launch the product ASAP, we implemented the solution using a AWS Cloud react native framework. The biggest advantage of React Native is that developers don’t need to create separate codes for different platforms (Android and iOS). In fact, around 90% of the code can be reused between the two platforms which help increase development speed and efficiency considerably.

As a result, there were improvements in efficiency, customer relationships, information accessibility, and competitive advantages over other players, and we were able to launch the mobile and web application on time and within budget.

What about the delivery made the client happiest

The Client published the App on Apple and Google and immediately saw transactions and revenue from the User side. We also built out Push notifications to drive the User back to the App, as well as Promo codes to entice New Users onto the App for trials This resulted in an increase in user acquisition of over 120% on each of the three promotion dates.
