TripCliq
Client Overview: Our Client wanted a mobile app that offers digital guides for 195 countries in the world. The app would be for people who like learning about amenities, restaurants and cultural events. The traveler can plan their trip with daily activities and an entertainment schedule.
Opportunity: Our team of software experts designed and developed TripCliq as the first mobile app with 195 country guides and a buzzworthy travel forum. The 195 digital country guides let users explore the cultural events of each country. We built a fun, captivating travel journal: users could upload videos and photos as posts. We allowed users to share posts in a fun way to the TripCliq travel forum.
Solution and Results: The Client published the App on the Google and Apple stores, and saw 450 user signups within a week of launch. The TripCliq travel forum received 850 posts and was mentioned on a radio station in Atlanta, Georgia. The client is partnering with local travel agencies in Georgia who are investors in the app. TripCliq will be used by 8,000+ customers in the database of the travel agencies.
Level up Hybrid Mobile App
Client Overview: Our Client wanted a Sales training App that allowed a community of Users to communicate through Video Media, to share their Sales tips. In addition, the App allows for taking in app videos and sharing through the app, and to participate in contests that engage the users to share their responses live and rank on a leaderboard.
Opportunity: Our team design and developed a Admin panel and Mobile Application that can be used by individual Sales People, Sales Managers, teams, auto dealerships, and anyone looking to bring their sales skills to the next Level. We also allow for contests to be added to communicate within the community, and sms messaging to drive the Users back to continue to use the app for valuable sales tips.
Solution and Results: The Client published the App on Apple and Google, and immediately saw users, and gained a database of new customers for their unique training Courses. We also built out Push notifications to drive the User back to the App, as well as Contest to entice New Users onto the App for trails This resulted in an increase of over 220% in each of the 3 months.
AceTax
Client Overview: Our Client wanted an app where dedicated tax expert could do your taxes, through the convenience of a mobile app. The app would have topic-specific tax advice. The app would provide the functionality to do taxes right for customers.
Opportunity: The Luminous Tec team built a mobile app that delivers great innovation for the tax industry. We built modules with the advanced technology to get taxes done right for each unique tax situation. Users could import, upload, and snap photos of their tax documents. The tax pro could e-file securely for the user.
Solution and Results: The Client published the App on the Google and Apple stores, and reached 10,000+ users after eight months. Filing taxes was made easy and affordable using the mobile phone. Luminous Tec helped our client scale with customized solutions, which delivered a high-quality project.
Liberty Transaction Services
Client Overview: Our Client wanted a transactional communication App to work to streamline the closing process for all Real Estate transactions. They had a very intricate project flow that triggered email communication through out the User experience once a closing is created with in the app, that included Introduce and coordinate all parties, Open Escrow and Order Title, Schedule and coordinate Inspections, Schedule and Coordinate Appraisals, Monitor Closing progress and provide necessary updates. Opportunity: Our team developed system software that can be used by individual agents, investors, teams, brokerages, transaction management companies, title companies and lenders alike, and is available for access across the United States helping to modernize and simplify the closing process.
Solution and Results: The Client published the App on Apple and Google, and immediately saw transactions, and revenue from the User side. We also built out Push notifications to drive the User back to the App, as well as Promo codes to entice New Users onto the App for trails This resulted in an increase of over 120% in each of the 3 promotion dates.
Green Guys Hybrid Mobile Delivery App
Client Overview: Our Client wanted a state-of-the-art delivery App that communicated between Medical and Recreational Cannabis users. They also need a structured accountable software that captured the End to End Order process from the User to the Driver, that met the state processes for Legal distribution and sales.
Opportunity: Our team developed a User App, Driver App and Vendor App that communicated flawlessly each and Every order from verifying the order checking ID and Verifying Medical or recreation Users. We created custom QR codes to Validate the User and dispensary POS system within each step of the transaction, and worked with the client on 420 community banners, and information that created a truly valuable tool in which to deliver Medical and Recreational products safely and legally.
Solution and Results: The Client Beta tested the App and received many interested key investors and receives a large number of participating dispensary’s and partners that are launching this year with a very marketable and growing industry.
Munch Citi Mobile App
Client Overview: Our Client wanted an Online Menu Ordering system built for their existing Munch Citi User app. Users would be able order from their favorite Lunch Trucks, and search by cuisine, lunch truck name, and meal. The client wanted new Vendor mobile app.
Opportunity: The team created a custom mobile application solution for the Client. We added major functions to the User app and built a new Vendor app and Driver app. We developed a new module: an Online Menu Ordering system for the Munch Citi User app. Users could order food ahead of time and select delivery. We built a Vendor app with customized dashboard that updated menus and tracked customer orders.
Solution and Results: The result was recommendations by users on social media and food festivals to use the new Munch Citi User App. The Client added 10,000 Lunch trucks in California to their mobile app, who wanted to participate in the online menu ordering system.
